You must be at least 18 years of age to order.

Products usually ship one to two days after payment. If you have a rush order, please call to request fast shipping.
Go-ped brand scooters have a 1 to 3 day lead time and cannot be expected to ship before then.

International Orders must first be approved, please send us an email for a request. We don't ship to Indonesia, Uganda, Singapore, Nigeria or Turkey unless payment is made by wire transfer. (no exceptions!!!)
We track IP addresses to help prevent fraud, so we know where you are ordering from.

Warranty:
All items have a standard factory warranty from the factory. The warranty starts from invoice date of purchase unless the product description says different.

There is a $50 charge for any bounced or cancelled checks and cancelled credit card authorizations! The purchaser is responsible for all collection charges involved with collecting on bad or cancelled credit cards and checks including our standard hourly rate.


Return Policy
You have 30 days from the invoice date to return an item.

There is a 25% or $15 restocking fee (whichever is greater) on all returned items.
Items that had "free shipping" have a $20 minimum restocking fee. Shipping is never included on a refund.
All returned items must be in the original condition including undamaged original packing.
You must have your order number before an RMA will be issued. Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed.
There are NO returns/refunds on Special Order Items.
An RMA number has to be issued before any return will be processed. ALL RMAs requests should be emailed to sales@edgesports.net .
Shipping back to us on any RMA is to be paid by the purchaser.
