High Performance Goped Drive Spindles
Sport Goped 800 Short drive spindle – The Shorty comes with everything
you need for immediate and simple installation. Compare the 800 size spindle to the stock sport size 625 and you will see 30% increase in size which
 means a larger
spindle is turning the same rpms which means you go faster. This is definately a case where MORE SIZE is a good thing – up to a point. We at Edge recommend that the largest spindle diameter you
should use be an 800. Any larger and your off-the-line performance will suffer. This is a knurled steel spindle not that cheezy stock replacement spindle that quickly wears down. This
is the most cost effective and simple way to gain greater performance from your ped and provides up to 5 mph greater top-end speed. This is a high performance item for your Sport, Xped and GEO SPORTS too!!
High Performance Long drive spindles – The long drive is as it sounds, longer than the shorty and designed to ultimately seat into a 3rd bearing support.
 This comes with everything you need for

Performance Long drive spindle with 3rd Bearing Support - This comes with the 800 size long drive spindle and a 3rd bearing support
 which provides a solid
anchor across your wheel. This enables improved drive performance as well as lets you to catch huge air without breaking your crank shaft. This is a MUST for the serious go-ped
race competitor. Available for the original Sport Goped only.
Big Foot Goped 750 Long Drive Spindle - This comes with everything you need for immediate and simple installation. Compare the 750 size spindle
 to the stock
sport size 625 and you will see 20% increase in size which means a larger spindle is turning the same rpms which means you go faster. This is definately a case where MORE SIZE is a good thing – up to a
point. We at Edge recommend that the largest spindle diameter you should use for your Big Foot be a 750. Any larger and your off-the-line performance will suffer. This is a knurled steel
spindle not that cheezy stock replacement spindle that quickly wears down. This is the most cost effective and simple way to gain greater performance from your Big
Foot and provides 3-5 mph greater top-end speed. This is a high performance item for your Big Foot and GEO BIG FOOT too!!
High Performance Goped Carbs and Filter Kits
K&N Air Filter Kit with Velocity Stack Adapter - comes complete with
everything you need to replace that ugly black air breather
 with a chrome fully
functional and improved intake system. This item is essential if you plan to replace your carb with a high performance carb but even by itself you will notice an improvement in off-the-line and overall performance.
Plus it looks damned good! This is the original K&N racing filter not a cheap immitation. K&N is known as THE racing filter of choice in every motor sport. Now
even in high performance Gopedding. This kit fits all go-ped products, Viza products and the Martin Monster too (NOW available for the GEO !)
For a real scream, add a Turbo Cone for forced air feed into your carb for even greater
top-end performance.
 K&N Air Filter Choke Adapter - FITS ALL MAKES & MODELS! This choke insert mounts between the velocity stack and
the carburetor. It allows for much easier cold-weather starts on scooters/peds equipped with all models of aftermarket air filters (K&N's or Uni-filters). Mounts easily. Use with 14.35mm HP carb or
15mm carb and any velocity stack.
High Performance Goped Walbro 167 Carburator Kit – This is THE Walbro high performance tunable large ported carb. Also included in the
 kit are
oversized ported gaskets and manifolds, throttle linkages and easy do-it-yourself instructions. Fits all Go-ped scooters except the GEO at this time.
Viza High Performance Carburetor Kit – Viza High Performance carburetor
 Kit comes complete with larger ported carburetor and intake manifold
plus new gaskets. Available in a complete kit with K&N High Performance Filter Kit and Velocity Stack adapter, or by itself.
High Performance Goped Pipes and Tuned Exhaust Kits
GoPed Patmont Tuned Exhaust Expansion Kit - The Tuned Exhaust expansion kit is by far the easiest and most noticeable high performance
 improvement you can make on your Goped scooter.
Installation is a snap and the look, sound and performance of your transformed ped will Blow you away. We have pipes available for all go-ped scooters including the new GEO Gopeds
. These pipes make an instant performance improvement!!!
 X-CAN High Performance Muffler Finally a muffler that not only gives you great low end and extra
top speed it also looks great too! Tests have shown an increase of over 1000 RPM's which can mean a 2-3 MPH gain depending on spindle size. It's a 2 piece billet aluminum muffler made of 6061 T-6 aircraft aluminum
with two stingers that lock into place with included o-rings. Machined into it is a heat sink header that not only reduces temperature, but adds a "header" effect
more like a tuned pipe for better low end (see the X-port below to buy the header separately). The stingers can be cut to a tuned length and also raised into the muffler to change performance. The X-Can includes
the 2 part muffler, 2 stingers (1.5"
 long), 4 O-rings (2 extra), 2 gasket (1 extra) and instructions. Great for the guy that does street
freestyle and does not want the heat and weight of a tuned pipe.
 Can be used with any Go-Ped with any
motor and with G23's there is no need to do any cutting of your plastic engine cover. This is the universal high performance item and will fit all Komatsu Zenoah engines including GEO
and G2D and 20RC performance motors! The Q-Can stands for quiet and adds performance enhancement while not blasting out the neigbors. These high
performance items fit your Sport, Xped, Liquimatic, Big Foot and GEO SPORTS and GEO BIG FOOTS too.
 X-PORT Header Kit - The X-Port is another new and innovative idea. It's a small port that's made of 100% billet aircraft aluminum. You can add this X-Port to your stock
canister muffler, your X-Can or Tuned pipe. You will get the header effect without buying a tuned pipe. Here's what you get: Lower temperatures Because of the heat sink design +
Increased low-end torque = MORE BOTTOM END because of the lengthening of the header. Instructions, gaskets and screws to fit all cans and pipes are included. When using
the X-Port on stock G23LH engines, the plastic engine cover will need to be trimmed slightly in order for it to fit. Different sizes available: Large for more bottom, small
to work with other tuned pipes to add a heat sink to keep your head cooler. These high performance items are for your Sport, Xped, Liquimatic, Big Foot and GEO

 Chrome X-can Elbows - You ask for it, you get it. Now you can add these new chrome plated elbows to your stingers to deflect all the oil away from your wing nut
and wheels. Its easy, just push them onto your current stingers and use loctite or epoxy glue and your ready to go.

X-can Tune Kit - Own an X-Can? Want to try out some tuning? Here's your chance. This kit includes 2 3" stinger
tubes and 2-2" stinger tubes, 2 gaskets and 4 o-rings. With this kit you can try different lengths, try blocking one of them off, restricting
one or both, making silencers, or maybe you need a long stinger out of the can to attach to your frame or a silencer. Either way this kit should get you started right away.

Handle Latch Extension Kit – This
 simple little kit enables you extend your
handle latch assembly so you can fold down and latch your T-handle after you have installed a high performance Patmont Pipe.

High Performance Zenoah Engines
 Komatsu Zenoah G2D 2hp engine. This is the reknown "straight plug" motor you have heard about. This
beauty comes with a Walbro 167 carb already mounted and generates 2hp versus the stock 1.2hp. This engine offers serious performance; please be careful!!
 Komatsu Zenoah G230RC 2.5hp engine. This is the brand new straight plug motor for the Super Big Foots and the Super X-peds comes with a Walbro 167
carb already mounted. Now you can upgrade to it too!
